Kevil & Kevil is the only multi-generational cost segregation practice in the country. K&K also happens to be one of the oldest boutique cost segregation operations. Founded in 2001 after a multi-decade cost seg career in the Big 4 accounting firms, John Kevil Jr. felt it was time for a change.

 

And with McDonald's as a loyal client it simply wasn't going to be a one-man operation for very long. John's sons Orion and John III (JK), at that time both recent college graduates, joined the payroll and began learning what would become the family business.
