For most who practice it, Cost Segregation is a science with a checklist of if-then line items. But tax is rarely ever so black and white. We believe Cost Segregation is more than just an engineer's linear domain. To us, Cost Seg is also an art, and at times, a philosophical exercise. It involves knowing what is required, what is generally accepted, what is up for debate, and what has never been debated before but should be questioned. Being an independent operation, we aren't faced with the same restraints as our corporate colleagues. This we know because we've been there. Our clients are the bottom line. So when a client has a unique scenario, no matter how big or small, we have both the time and desire to get it right -- without worrying about profitability.
