My Story
My cost seg career began at K&K in 2001. I left K&K in 2008 for CBRE where I joined the cost seg team in the Chicago office. At that time, cost seg was part of the Valuation & Advisory group. And in 2011, I had the opportunity to become a CBRE appraiser. After appraising for 3 years it was clear to me that I was more geared for cost segregation and happily returned to the field in 2014. In 2015, I became Director for CBRE's cost seg group, only now I was based in the Phoenix office. We had a great run at CBRE, but in 2021 our entire team had the opportunity to join the cost seg group at Kroll (formerly known as Duff & Phelps). By the end of 2022 the time was right return to K&K, the company where my cost seg career began. I am a graduate of the University of Illinois, where I majored in Political Science.
I currently live in Norman, Oklahoma with my wife and three daughters.
